THE STORY
As talented and famous as the Larry Bird we have come to know over the years was and still is, there’s another story behind the story that actually defines the legend he has become…
A boy who lost the only chance he thought he’d ever get to play NCAA Basketball. A boy who didn’t know where to turn, or who to trust, until…a smalltime assistant coach named Bill Hodges, decides to take a chance.
Bill is a coach who needs someone to believe in, and someone to believe in him. This is our story. A story about two nobodies from nowhere who each have nothing to lose and perhaps, everything to win.
